This policy applies to all mobile games published by Andrey Burakov (“we”, “us”) on the App Store and Google Play, including games designed for children.

Information we collect
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not ask for a name, e-mail address, phone number, photo, location, contacts or any other identifier, and we do not track users across apps or websites.
Game progress and settings are stored only on the device. Deleting the game deletes this data.
Platform services
The App Store and Google Play may process limited technical data (for example crash reports or aggregate install statistics) under their own privacy policies: Apple, Google. We receive this data only in anonymous, aggregated form and cannot identify any individual from it.
Children’s privacy
Our games are designed to be safe for children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, including GDPR-K) and the Apple Kids Category and Google Play Families requirements. Because no personal information is collected, no parental consent for data processing is required. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in any way, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
In-app purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store payment details.
Permissions
Our games do not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location or photos. Any permission a game does request is explained inside the game at the moment it is needed and is used only for the stated feature.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date. Material changes will be reflected in the game’s store listing.
